We are located in Chicago's western suburbs, and were established as a response to conversations with local business owners, who felt they needed something different to promote their websites and their businesses.
USBrit (yes, he's a real person!) has been producing podcasts and audio segments for several years, and in 2007 was nominated for Best General Podcast, sponsored by Podcast Expo.  Fast forward to 2010, and the econonomic downturn hits home, and the need to be 'different' at a low cost meant an opportunity to establish a local business FOR local businesses.  We are proud to be able to provide a quality, personal service and try to help get the economy back on its feet!!  We don't do it for free, but we think you'll like our prices and what we have to offer!!

We provide a personal service for locally-owned, small to medium businesses, to help you get added value on your website.  We can provide assistance in creating an audio introduction to your business, and facilities to obtain audio testimonials from your satisfied customers.  As we say, we get your business talking, and talked about!  We also provide coaching assistance in helping you to formulate what and how you want to say.  You don't have to be afraid of public speaking, because with our method you describe your business, services, and offerings, just like you would to a new customer, and that is exactly what you are good at doing!  We take care of recording the conversation, the editing, and adding ambience to the track, then deliver an audio file to you for your website.  We will also advise you how to implement it if you have questions.  If you opt to update the files periodically, we have offerings that will accomodate repeat visits. USBRIT Audio specializes in audio files, but we can help you get a web-presence as well.  For most businesses, one or two pages are all that is needed to establish yourself on the internet, and we can provide that for you at a very reasonable cost.   If you need a more complex solution, we work with a partner company who we would be happy to refer you to.

One of our additional offerings is to help you establish a periodic podcast; but what exactly is a podcast?  A podcast in its simplest form is an extended audio program designed to be listened to over the internet or on a personal MP3 player, like an iPod.  People listen to podcasts on their computers, either directly through a player on a web site, or perhaps in a software product like iTunes for example.  On our website, we provide audio samples from some of our customers, and while these are intentionally short, the length of the audio can be as long as you want.  So imagine for your business how you might provide a value-added service to your customers by letting them know about ongoing updates, products, or even just useful information.  The goal of the podcast will be to keep in touch with your customers, have them keep your name in mind, have them regularly re-visit your website, and ultimately drive more business your way!  Our service will provide you with an opportunity to focus on what you want to say to your customers without having to worry about the technical details.  Give us a call to discuss this further!!

USBRIT Audio provides a phone-in line which your customers can call to leave their testimonials.  These are recorded and edited so that it represents them and you in the best possible way.  Once both parties approve the files, we'll send them to you for posting on your web site.  Again, we can help you get the testimonials out on your website, so that all your visitors can hear the high levels of satisfaction you provide from your ACTUAL customers!

Once the completed and approved files are ready for delivery, we will send you a download link to our server.  You may forward this link to your website administrator, or you can download and save the files to your own computer, for later posting on your website.  If you prefer, we will send you the files on a data CD.  All files will be in MP3 format (unless otherwise requested), and optimized for web playability.
